Most renovations take just 30–60 days, depending on scope. You don’t lift a finger or pay out of pocket — we manage the entire process while you stay hands-off and informed.
What if the home doesn’t sell for more?
The property will always sell for the highest and best, top dollar amount when it is renovated. The price per square foot of a non-renovated home will NEVER exceed that of a fully renovated similar comp.
